it is just too hot here. we have around 100° every single day. i know it is kind of ironic that i am in love with anything woolly. i should live anywhere else than los angeles. oh well, it is what it is. my cure to this dilemma is lace & sock knitting.
may i introduce: alhambra. a lovely light scarf by anne hanson. the yarn is habu cashmere n-52 & kid mohair a-169. perfect remedy for this kind of weather.
oh, and i almost forgot. i will be later this week in portland, oregon and the hotel i am staying in is walking distance from knit/purl. shibuiknits yarn here i come.....
